These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the NOVIS website and the manufacture and supply of our products. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Scope

NOVIS manufactures pipes, profiles, sheet materials, plastic products and packaging, offers packaging design and supplies polymers and raw materials at wholesale. The specification of each order is agreed in writing.

2. Quotes & orders

A quote request through this website is an enquiry, not a binding order. A contract is formed once specification, price, volume and timing are agreed in writing and any deposit is received.

3. Specifications & tolerances

Products are made to the dimensions, material and tolerances stated in the order. Figures on this website are indicative; the binding values are those in your order confirmation.

4. Payment & delivery

Payment terms, delivery and Incoterms are set out in each order. Title passes on full payment. Lead times are estimated in good faith and may be affected by raw-material supply.

5. Conformity & warranty

We warrant that products conform to the agreed specification within stated tolerances and are free from manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes misuse, improper installation and conditions outside the product's stated rating. Claims must be raised within the period stated in your order.

6. Intellectual property

Tooling, designs, drawings and website content remain the property of NOVIS unless otherwise agreed, and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dnipro.
